Skills Session
The Skills Session will consist of instruction that range from beginner to advanced. Players will also have a platform to showcase their skills.
Discussion on College Athletics
The Discussion on College Athletics is a valuable open discussion led by the college coaches with the players and their families. The discussion will cover topics like NCAA rules, the NCAA Eligibility Center, What Coaches Look For, Preparing for College Athletics, How to Promote Yourself, and What to Expect.
Competition Session
The Competition Session will allow players to compete against each other under the guidance of the college flag football coaches. It is a great opportunity for the players to show intangibles, teamwork, competitiveness, and coachability, all while having fun!

Skills Session
9:00 am - 9:30 am → Player Check-in
9:30 am - 10:00 am → Coach Introduction and Warm-up
10:00 am - 10:45 am → Position Specific Skills - Primary Position
10:45 am - 11:30 am → Position Specific Skills - Secondary Position
11:30 am - 12:00 pm → Discussion on College Athletics
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm → Lunch (Bring Your Own Lunch)
Competition Session
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm → Warm Up
1:00 pm - 2:45 pm → Games
2:45 pm - 3:00 pm → Wrap-up with Coaches
